LOST was great last night- from Hurley’s reaction when he finds out they’re in 1977 (the year of my birth, by the way) to Christian Shepherd!!!! telling Frank and Sun that they have a long journey ahead of them (to get to 1977). Plus, we found out the baby is none other than Ethan…and Ben is talking to Sayid!! Of course, I was left with lots of questions, so let’s start our discussions!
- How in the world did Sun end up on the present time island while the other guys ended up in 1977.
- Where is Faraday?
- Where the heck are Rose, Bernard and the other people that were with them. Surely, they would have found Sawyer and friends by now. I still think they join with the hostiles.
- What is Sawyers James’ Jim’s plan for Sayid? I love how he handled Jack, by the way. Team Sawyer, all the way.
- When Ben wakes up will he remember meeting Sayid?
I missed half of it. Saw beginning and the ending. Child Ben is dead on. How’d they find a kid with the same kind of buggie red eyes?
You have all the same questions I have. The REALLY confusing one is Sun. I sorta see how the pilot guy and Ben are still in the other time (which is when really – do we know for sure. They went from dark to light- different day? different year?). Those guys weren’t “supposed” to come back, but we thought Sun was. Hmmmmm…
And Christian being in the the house – I whooped. That’s awesome. Crazy, crazy stuff.

The whole sequence where the light came on in the cabin and the door opened slowly to reveal Christian Shepherd was very creepy in a good way. I have a theory about him that I’m keeping to myself for now.
I was irritaed at Jack trying to muscle control again, and I was glad Sawyer called him on it. Now I just hope Jack and the new gang (especially Jack) doesn’t rock the boat too much and put Team Sawyer’s accomplishment at risk. Having said that, I think Sayid does exactly that next week. I think he’s going after Ben to kill him as a child.
I wonder where Faraday is as well.
Am I the only one besides my wife who thinks Juliet left Kate off the list originally to screw with her?
Nope, i think Juliet did just that. She didn’t rock the boat too much, but she made Kate squirm for a bit.
Don’t know what “time” Sun, Ben & the pilot are in. And i really like Sawyer/LaFleur.
I am wondering about that scene with Ben and Sayid. Maybe Sun, Ben, and the pilot made it over to the Island, and as soon as they stepped foot, Ben’s body went back to 1977 since he was on the island as a kid? Maybe Ben’s current mind in his small body? Maybe Sun & Lapidus have made it over already and we didn’t see.
Rose & Bernard are a little annoying, so I don’t miss them too much.
